Republican Senator Floats Back-Door Amnesty Proposal

Bill would create 500,000 new visas, include path to citizenship, and be open to current aliens.

A bill introduced this month by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) would increase foreign guest workers by up to 500,000 a year and offer a back-door amnesty for illegal immigrants.

The legislation, the State Sponsored Visa Pilot Program Act of 2017, has attracted support from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the libertarian-oriented Cato Institute.

The bill would represent a massive increase in the number of non-immigrant visas issued each year by the United States. Unlike the myriad of existing visa programs, Johnson’s proposed program would be a state-based system.

Each state and the District of Columbia would be able to sponsor 5,000 visas each year. Another 245,000 visas would be distributed to the states based on their populations. Visas not used by one state could be claimed by others.

I am hearing there will no "fighting for the budget in Aug/Sep 2017" and the Uniparty will send up to Trump yet ANOTHER CONNTINUING RESOLUTION.

Trump had better polish off the Veto Pen and be ready to do battle with the Uniparty running Article ONE.

• Who created the precursor of “Common Core” in “Race To the Top”? The GOP
• Who is working against Donald Trump? The same GOP

We got rid of the ZERO but are still stick with mcconnell and rino

And, you wonder why we’re frustrated, desperate for a person who can actually articulate some kind of push-back?

Here’s a shock – We are not just pushing back against the left side of the UniParty (Pelosi and Schuckie), we are also pushing back against the right side of the UniParty, Paul Rino and turtle head McConnell.

What’s the bill number and who are co-sponsors ? Never heard of the source Polizette. We have a number of radio talkies here which keep stuff current this hasn’t come up. What has become an issue was foreign exchange student summer work visas in the tourist areas.
