Sure I made it by sticking the new image behind the Pope’s and Trump’s head.
I just made a temporary copy of Pope’s and Trump’s head, stored that, then dropped the new image of Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam. Then I put the copied Pope and Trump head back on top.
He, good job. I didn’t realize it on first take.
I only found out because I wanted a bigger copy. LOL
