Was ISIS trying to make a sick, cryptic political statement about Grande's widely known views? ___ The fact that ISIS would want to attack a civilian target, filled with young, mostly female fans, one of the softest targets in the world as an obvious expression of the kind of blood-soaked propaganda warfare ISIS seek to wage.
The young singer Ariana Grande, whose fans were targeted and slaughtered by ISIS is no stranger to political controversy.
She famously shouted, I hate Americans I hate America. in a public place before committed a grotesque act of vandalism.
Her widely publicised views against conservative politicians are a matter of public record. She also has spoken in favour of allowing Muslim refugees into the US and opposed Donald Trumps antithetical stance on this position. She also once said she worried that she would one day grow up to be a serial killer.

God gave her (and all those connected to her) a huge wake up call. Hope they listen and respond well.
You can watch her say it in the video where she LICKS several donuts in their case.....laughs..... and leaves those donuts to be sold to unsuspecting customers....oh yeah, and a lip lock with her boyfriend during this
She is too old for this kind of uncouth behavior
Even though I’m not a fan.....surely this is photoshopped?????
OR she is more hateful than I thought.
I had not seen this picture!
I’d hate to have some one judge me for life based on one or two quips that were way out of line.
“I hate Americans” is a heck of a ‘quip’. I don’t recall even Jane Fonda saying such a thing.
I’m not going to get worked up over a video where she does something, and we don’t know if anyone came along behind her or not. We can’t possibly know that.
Of course the implication could easily lead kids to do the same think on a lark, and this time certainly for real.
I think she and other entertainers use very poor common sense, and do lead their fans astray.
Out of all this, I still think folks express the same reaction to her, that parents did to the Beatles in their day. People work up some pretty strange beliefs based on their displeasure with the industry, willing to believe almost anything.
I too have a dim view of entertainers today including her, but one comment, one incident, even a few incidents, is that totally who the person is?
How would I like to be judged by one incident by everyone, supposedly revealing who the real me was?
Absolutely correct when all is said and done.
Amen! Romans 10:9-10
While you are correct, I still think there’s hope for everybody while we are alive.
My prayer is that she finds Christ soon through all of this.
Pray for our enemies. Grande is essentially one of them with her behavior and attitudes, but we still call on the Lord for her salvation.
Thanks for the uplift FRiend. I’ve must say I never read that passage. Alas I’m a bit of the lapsed type. I’ve always been fond of Proverbs 3;6.
If she moved here, she would be part of the faux-Americans about half the country who hate the real Americans & America.
Exactly. She supports evil. Ironic that it happened to her fans.
Just goes to show you how clueless this woman is. If we let enough Muslims into our country, we will go under Shiria Law and as a woman, she will have no rights at all.
Do you think it is just one or two “quips”? Has she repented in her heart (her words, actions, what she promotes)?
Her whole lifestyle and profession is geared towards rejection of God. Biblically speaking, rejection of God by We the People exposes the Republic to attack. It does not mean that we shouldn’t pray for her. That said, her behavior, what she represents, and those who enable her via financial and moral support, are helping to bring consequences on the Republic.
You’re being awfully sanguine about this.....
That statement combined with her being born in Boca Raton Florida tells me everything I need to know about her. Not impressed.
I like to think the best of others. I think folks on the forum are too quick to go all in against people. (at times)
I’ll use Ivanaka and Jared as two examples. I don’t agree with them, but I don’t think they are going to control Trump. He’s his own man, and his agenda will be implemented, not theirs.
Here’s Arianna, and I’d like to think she is a pop star that for the most part attracts good kids and it’s all clean fun.
Sadly, I don’t think it’s all good clean fun. She seems to have lost her way. I don’t know how much, but it doesn’t look good.
I heard that she was involved in some porn too. I nosed around a bit, but I’m not hitting the link to some of the sites to find out what it’s all about.
They entice you with comments that you can watch the Arianna porn for free. Now I don’t know if that’s actual porn, or if it’s simply suggestive performances. These places like to sensationalize to draw people in, and then you find it’s less than what you thought it might be.
At any rate, the media these days loves to play up the worst side of people.
I did find the reports of the doughnut incident. They saw her do it and the police are investigating. This wasn’t a stunt that some of her people came along behind and made right.
What a shame. She’s a good looking kid with a lot going for her. Many girls/young women would be thrilled to be a wholesome role model for the teen set. Evidently she isn’t.
How much of this if full on hype, I don’t know. It doesn’t look good.
Her boyfriend looks hideous. The people waiting around for her to arrive were hideous. You just wonder where some of these people went wrong? What happened to twist such great potential into something disgusting?
My pleasure!
I always refer to that one and these for encouragement:
Acts 16:31
John 6:29
John 14:6
