Good to hear from you on this, and for your fair take. I guess we can become so jaded to the other side, that it can sometimes be to our detriment.
I had no “feel” for Director Mueller, until this moment.
My thought prism were I a former FBI Director, would be first and foremost: find all of the facts, and ensure the integrity of the investigation, but also- the integrity, or lack there of, of any agent or target, especially if the person is the past Director that is under my investigation.
Mueller better be of the mindset- Don’t let me catch a former Director being a dirty cop. I’ll turn that man inside out, and he’ll rot in prison.
We shall see what Director Mueller is made of... after all, he lived and worked in the swamp, so there is that advantage for him. The question is whether he will use it judiciously?
We missed your scrumptious breakfasts almost as much as we missed Free Republic!

I think it is more likely that he is a closeted homosexual trying desperately to pretend he is hetero. No matter how you slice it, the man is a sexual pervert in need of a GREAT deal of mental health therapy and pharmaceuticals along with his imprisonment!
