Despite what the politically correct cultists claim, all cultures are not equal and cultures that do not respect women do not deserve to be respected. But that is not what is happening.
Europe seems to be adopting the approach of Islamic sharia law to rape and rape victims.

A German judge has acquitted a Turkish man of rape, despite the fact that he forced a woman to have sex with him, and left her incapacitated. The judge argued that in “the mentality of the Turkish cultural circle,” what the woman “had experienced as rape” might be considered merely “wild sex.” The judge refused to convict the rapist, because “no intention is demonstrable”… the German paper Märkische Allgemeine reported that the Turkish man badly injured the girl, summarizing:
“In other words, the judge acquitted a rapist — whom the court had ‘no doubt’ forced the victim to have sex with him — on the grounds that his culture might not have considered the sex… to be rape.”
Sadly, European “tolerance” of Islamic crimes and criminals is now widespread and is destroying the lives of children, women and their families.
Let’s now look deeper into the dominant culture in Turkey that the German judge chose to take into account while making the ruling that protects the rapist and further victimizes the victim.
A Turkish women’s rights organization called “We Will Stop the Murders of Women” publishes monthly reports concerning the murders and sexual attacks against girls and women in Turkey.

Examples under Turkish law are used in the article. Under Erdogan the Islamist, their court systems are moving toward Sharia, and away from secularism of the Kemalists.
In countries governed by Sharia law, innocent women are murdered, raped, sexually enslaved and pelted to death with stones for “sexual immorality” in the most brutal fashion.
Europe must not push these abuses under the rug. It will bite them severely if they ignore it.

So now, the principle is admitted: European laws do not apply to those with different cultures. The law to apply is the law of their culture.

This is what happens in countries that are invaded and conquered by the invading force. The females are impregnated, forcibly or “with consent”. The genotypes a couple of generations later are somewhat different.
I would argue that it’s more like the opportunistic infections that eventually take down an AIDS patient without the cocktail of strong drugs that hold it back.

The article has a stooped title. More accurate would be ‘Will Europe Continue To Tolerate Muslim Rapist?’
It’s not “rape”, it’s a “sexual emergency”.
The judicial system there says so.

When the first ruling from the judges’ bench that played this “it’s their culture” crap didn’t result in an enraged mob dragging that judge out into the street for a Full Mussolini, it was proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the people subject to those judges have exactly the judges they deserve.
Survival, either cultural or personal, is not a right. It is something that must be earned every damn day.
