President Trump announced ten federal judicial nominees today. All of them will sail through the Senate. All of them will fill seats stolen from President Obama. There are over 120 vacancies in the federal judiciary, and Obama had nominated people to fill 81 of them.
But by the end of his two terms, 59 of those nominees were still in limbo, because Mitch McConnells Senate confirmed only 22.
This week, ten new nominees were announced to take their seatsas promised, mostly conservative firebrands picked by the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Societywith many more sure to come. The Republicans strategy of unprecedented obstructionism has, once again, paid off in spades. If you think Judge Merrick Garlands Supreme Court seat was stolen, well, heres 59 more of them.

This is how the enemy looks at it. PRESIDENT Trump's delivering on the most important promise he made. All alone this makes all the effort we put into this election more than worth it.

Wag. Al Frankenstein stole a seat in the Senate and with that the passing vote for HUAC -Hussein’s Un-Affordable Care act.

This writer thinks Obama should have had 81 out of 120 judges?

If the democrats controlled the Senate, President Trump couldn’t even get a meter maid confirmed.

I thought senators from states in the district still could delay them indefinitely. Another Senate rule worth changing since only liberal senators seemed to do so.

Yeah, because Harry Reid and Chuckie Schumer would NEVER have done anything like that.

The title of the story illustrates perfectly the “them and Us”mentality of liberals/communists in this country.
How dare you interfere with our takeover?

The Turtle still failed because he allowed 22 activists on the federal bench.

The Republicans would not have had the guts to steal anything until. Until Reid nuked them making certain panty waist moderate pubbies look stupid for past compromises they had made when in the majority in order to preserve the fillibuster. It was a tipping point that Reid should not have passed.

Hopefully these judges will be unabashed judicial activists for conservative positions. I know it's not the way the judiciary is supposed to work, but conservatives are fighting an asymmetrical war - liberals openly nominate and promote liberal activists to the bench who manufacture their own laws, while conservatives look for strict constructionists who simply try to maintain the status quo. The courts have become a sort of shadow legislature for the Democrats - this is the way the game is being played, and conservatives can either acknowledge it and appoint champions for their causes or else sit back and watch liberal courts take away every legislative and executive victory.

81 out of 120 vacancies. The number of federal court judges is greater than that.
Roughly:
680 district court judges
180 Circuit Court (appeals) judges
9 SCOTUS

Mitch McConnell is not my favorite, but he did a great job holding up judicial appointments. Three cheers for Mitch McConnell (one of the VERY rare times I’ll say that)!!!

All of them will fill seats stolen from President Obama. They did not belong to Obozo or any president. The President 'proposes', the Congress 'disposes', that's what the Dems have always said when a Republican is POTUS and Dems are in Charge in Congress. The Senate fullfilled its role and kept a number of far left judges off the bench.
This is simple payback. The Democrats did this to Dubya, as I recall.
George W. Bush appointed 315 federal judges in his two terms.
Barak Obama appointed 329 federal judges in his two terms.
