Here is something I learned working in industrial management. Sometimes there’s a powerful manager who can’t stand to hear anything negative. He’s a shoot-the-messenger type. The staff quickly learns never to say anything on that manager’s hot button issues.
Not addressing problems, not working through disagreements, is like leaving unexploded mines and bombs lying around. Problems and issues seldom get better on their own. I tried to encourage my staff to come to me the instant a problem was suspected. I told them, if you know about something and don’t tell me you are sabotaging our job. I promise I will never react negatively or shoot the messenger. When potential issues were raised I went out of my way to say thank you.
Now you have a guy who says in advance he will shoot the messenger. This would be the wrong thing to do if we were talking about conservatives. However, since its about Democrats; I wish them all the best as they need a consolidated, anti-white worker front. They need to rally around Muslims and support female genital mutilation and honor killings, ‘cause, that’s their culture and who are we to disrespect it?
