Monday on CNN’s “New Day,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), the vice chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, said that he foresees some conservatives coming out against a proposed government spending bill set to come out later this week.
“I mean, look, money goes to Planned Parenthood as you said,” Jordan said to host Chris Cuomo. “Money continues to go to sanctuary cities but no money for the border wall. I think you’re going to see a lot of conservatives be against this plan this week.”

Trump hasn’t backed down on anything. You’re just willing to take someone elses word that he has.
Be careful, because it will actually impact how you feel during the day.
Trump knows what’s up. Bannon does too. He told everyone this isn’t going to be easy. Every organism is built to survive its threats, and Congress is nothing more than a money making scheme for 535 lucky members and their coteries.
PP will be defunded. The wall will be built. The government will be put back in some sort of box, if not temporarily, or until someone puts a bullet in Trump’s brain.
The fear in DC is unbelievable. 30,000 stand to lose jobs in that gomorrrah if Trump actually sets out to do what he wants done. Imagine what’s being done to ensure that doesn’t happen, then double it.
I’m shocked he’s done as much as he has so far, including Gorsuch.
Once he left the WH, and took his business to Florida, the leaking stopped. Same with NYC. What happens? News comes out bashing trump on ‘vacationing’, and the cost of it. Everybody swallows that crap like it was eclairs.
Believe almost none of what you read. This goes to September. There’s a real risk it won’t survive Congress anyway if the Freedom guys aren’t behind it.
I think the deal is dead on arrival, personally. I also think Trump may veto the thing. Who knows?
I know the Obamacare reform was dead. Now its up for a vote on the record next week.
Between the court system being 1,000 times worse than we thought it was, and the level of Kabuki Ryan and O’Connell have been perpetrating the entire time, Cuckold is the only term that describes the situation:

You DO understand, right, that a majority of the House would leap at any chance at all to impeach Trump. There are at least 20 RINOs who couldn’t wait to get back in the pockets of the lobbyists, plus all the Dems, every single one.
Then it would be a very, very close call if you could get 67 votes to convict in the Senate. I wouldn’t want to bet on that.
So they are looking for Trump to step out of line-—in their view-—just one time so they can get back to “business as usual.” So, what, exactly, is he to do under that circumstance?
Rush blithely says Trump should “write his own bill and get it passed.” Right. Exactly how, Rush? Who will decide whether to table it, send it to a dead committee, get it out of committee? Oh, wait. That would be Ru Paul.
So it’s nonsense. Right now, the ONLY leverage Trump has is with the actual enforcement of existing tax code through the IRS, through reallocation of existing funding for DHS, DoD, and ICE for building the Wall, etc. Oh, and by the way, if he goes too far with any of these . . .he could be impeached.
It’s time to raise hell with the House and Senate, and since McTurd just got re-elected here in AZ, he’s invulnerable. Same with Grahamnesty.

Time for McConnell/Ryan to trot out the “now is not the time to push for spending cuts and border security; but we’ll be getting to that in the next spending bill.”
If Donald Trump has to conduct himself in office based on his fear about Democrats and RINOs impeaching him, then why the hell did he even want the job in the first place?
Why the hell do I vote republican?
Well no, their lobbyists and super pacs would go away, and heaven forbid if they have to live like Real Americans (US) do...
And another thing that was pointed out to me the other day by a politician friend: If President Trump gets things running smoothly and jobs are building, etc. etc. that means that taxes are going to be decreased, do you think these States are going to be happy? Not in your life, they are also ‘living high on the hog’ and they will raise State, City and County taxes on us just to make sure they have those ‘money bags’ stored in their basements...
The conservatives are again left out in the cold.
It’s going to be a RINO-RATS coalition for the next four years, and apparently Trump is OK with it.
That’s about the only rational conclusion one can reach.

I think he thought and still believes that slowly, over time, he can win these battles one at a time.
But I wrote in January that this would be a race between Trump’s job creation ability/the economy and the Democrat/RINO ability to impeach him.
Rush is talking about this now. “High crimes & Misdemeanors” is a very, very loose phrase meaning “Whatever the House chooses to make it.”
Now, do you really think that there are a solid 220 votes for Trump in the House? Do you think there are more than 15 solid votes for him in the Senate?
It’s not about Trump’s “fear” but about reality. He is walking a very, very thin wire. It started when he rightly called out everyone on that stage at his Inauguration Speech.

Okay you guys, calm down. Withdraw fangs. This budget is for this past year. In September a real budget for FY 2018 will be submitted. It will not be a Continuing Resolution, but a real, actual budget, and therefore different rules apply. The Dems won’t be able to block diddley squat in September’s new FY Budget, and then Pres Trump will get his full funding for The Wall, and the Dems won’t be able to stop it.
That’s approximately 4 months from now folks, so keep your big boy pants on, it’s only 4 months until you will get what you want, and in the interim, the finalists of the bids to build The Wall will be chosen, models of each submission will be built at finalists’ expense, the winner(s) will be chosen, and then the real Wall can start to be built at the end of this year. A Christmas present, as it were.
So the next 4 months will be occupied by these necessary steps and will fly by. Then The Wall gets funded in a real budget for FY 2018, and you will all have what you want. Trump knows all this, and knows he will get The Wall funded in September, so he and his Admin are not all bent out of shape like too many of you folks are.
Develop a little patience for heaven sakes. Trump has been in office 3 months; you got that, 3 months. In September when The Wall will be funded, unimpeded by Dem shenanigans, it will only have been 7 months Trump will have been in office. So basically, cool your jets, relax, any concessions that Trump/Pubs have to make now, will be corrected and funded in September.
And that’s when PP can be dealt with, the EPA, and anything else that needs to funded, or defunded. You are not waiting for an eternity; you are waiting until September of this year. Sheesh.
