If it’s just a judge, the judge will say very matter of fact like - so whose word am I suppose to take, yours or the cops - as if cops never lie or make no better eye witnesses than anyone else.

Police reports will always paint the arrestee in the worst way. Otherwise what justification do they have to arrest?
If I was forcibly removed from a seat that I had paid for in good faith, I would object as well. If it were the police removing me, I would not get violent, but I would be prepared to sue. United and the other airlines are brazen in their contempt for their customers - when I go into a store to buy groceries, I do not encounter store employees running up to me as I leave the store and grabbing things that now belong to me because their fellow employees would like them. That’s usually called theft, and the airlines practice it with impunity, while the police stand ready to aid them.

Consequently, the subject was able to knocked (sic) the right hand of Ofc. Long off of his arm and shoulder area, which caused the subject to fall, hit, and injured (sic) his mouth on the armrest on the other side of the aisle. At this time, Ofc. Long was able to regain control of the subject and was able to remove the subject from the aircraft.
