BREAKING: US judge blocks Trump order to cut off funding to cities that limit cooperation with immigration authorities.
Just appeal every order and tie up the funding versus the court order. Sad a President can pardon a murderer but can’t protect this nation from murderers.
Parts of the Judicial Branch are acting defiantly and running contrary to the Supremacy Clause. Congress needs to eradicate the lower courts and start over. Federal judges are running contrary to explicit enumerations found in the US Constitution. These “judicial” pseudo-gods; must be destroyed by Congress.

First the immigration fiasco,and now this.
How can a president function if judges can interfere? It makes no sense.

Going by how the Administration handled the judges blocking his immigration EO’s, though, I don’t see this happening.

One man, not elected by the public, can NOT make these decisions. Otherwise, any President could appoint a judge anywhere he wanted, with the judge being the supreme law maker in out country. It isn’t written that one man, not elected, can make laws! Congress makes laws! And congress had better step up... the republicans have all the power they asked for to be able to carry out what they promised... and it’s time Trump jumped all over them to get things working for him. If he doesn’t, he’s lost his fight.. and that is not supposed to happen. Enough time has passed ... enough patience has been shown.. it’s time to pounce! For the sake of succeeding... get this stuff DONE!

These advisory opinions are not part of US law and the judge should at the least be censured for writing one.

Trump needs to do the opposite of appeal it this time. He needs to ignore the order of the court, stating the law is clear and its ruling has no standing. He should do so via the AG.
People will respect that. The left will call for impeachment, but they do that anyway. It doesn’t matter what he does, once they get the Congress they will impeach non-stop.
Might as well play hard ball and get them in a real firestorm.
