First daughter and Special Assistant to the President Ivanka Trump was booed and hissed by an audience in Germany on Tuesday when she attempted to defend Donald Trump's record on women's issues.
Speaking before the W-20 panel on women's issues as part of the G-20 summit in Berlin, the first daughter was met with loud disapproval when she described the president as a lifelong advocate of women.
"That is something I'm very proud of my father's advocacy, long before he came into the presidency, he championed this in the primaries," she said. "He's been a tremendous champion of supporting families and enabling them to thrive."

When Trump criticized the media for covering more than a dozen women's accusations of sexual assault against her father, the room of female delegates could be heard laughing.
"I certainly heard the criticism from the media, and that's been perpetuated, but I know from personal experience, and I think the thousands of people who have worked with and for my father for decades when he was in the private sector are a testament to his belief and solid conviction in the potential of women and their ability to do the job as well as any man," Trump told the crowd.

The audience also burst into laughter when the moderator asked Trump to explain her unconventional role in the White House, where she has a West Wing office and the title of special assistant to the president but no official portfolio.

The German media is intensely anti-Trump. They regularly push propaganda and spin about Trump that even Goebbels would be proud of. Their state-sponsored news stations are at least as leftist and dishonest about Trump as MSNBC. Of course, indoctrinated Germans would boo.
The saddest part of all is that many Germans believe they are well educated with facts. I wish more Germans would learn to question what they hear from their authority and other influential figures (it would be nice if they could get over their mindless love affair with Obama too while they’re at it).
Have you seen the TV series "Deutschland 83." I got it off the internet, but it was shown on the Sundance Channel. There's supposed to be a second season titled "Deutschland 86" that will air in 2018, with a possible third that would probably be titled "Deutschland 89".
I saw a documentary program titled "Hitler - The Rise and Fall" recently. I think it was on one of the military channels in the U.S. I had found it on the internet. In one episode it depicts Hitler sitting in his rail car stopped at a station. I had never heard of this incident before. Here's a short article of what transpired:

Agreed. This week Trump tweeted a schmaltzy video with the woman released from Turkey—with repeated pictures of her posing especially with Ivanka, but also with Jared.
Then yesterday Trump livecast a conversation between him and some space station astronauts—with a female astronaut on one elbow and Ivanka on the other.
Now she is put on stage with Merkel and Lagarde (who runs the IMF)—arguably the two most powerful women in the world in their own right. And there is Ivanka, sure that she is a role model for billions of women worldwide, as the third on the stage.
When Germany pays what they owe NATO (US) maybe I’ll listen a bit to their complaints.
Attempting to defend the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES is NOT “Kowtowing.” I’d suppose you prefer saying nothing as G. W. Bush did.
When in doubt I trust that Trump has a plan. I get better sleep that way too. :) He is a very acute observer and despite being a doting father he knows how to size up his children’s strengths & foibles.
I think just as Trump hired Kellyanne Conway when he needed a slightly different presentation for the face of his campaign he will use Ivanka in arenas where she can advance the goals he has for America.
Also like Kellyanne sometimes Ivanka’s message will not be exactly Trump’s message. That will not change Trump’s message as it did not with Kellyanne but Ivanka’s messaging may placate the leftist elite and create some room to operate.
I think there is a lot more family loyalty here then you are seeing. I think Trump is encouraging her to keep the liberal elite occupied with harmless pleasantries.
She is mouthing meaningless pleasantries and knows it.
Glad the German feminists could find a little time in between the gropings & mass rape by the Musloid invaders of Germany to "virtue signal" about Ivanka Trump. 😀
