This is yet another signal to Kim Jung Un, that his time is up.

Just as Trump was sending Tomahawks into Syria while he was dining with China’s president, I think China will be preemptively striking Little Kim while Trump is briefing the Senate. NK is in their backyard if nobody has noticed. The world is full of problems, and Trump is stepping up to address them. Kicking the can down the road is not Trump’s favorite game.

He like his "listening sessions" as he has done many times in the past; and will most likely ask for opinions and attempt to get a consensus to initiate a pre-emotive strike if the NORKS light off another missile.
This is a brilliant move. No one can say Trump was acting unilaterally and without the advice and consent of Congress.
Art of the Deal and Trump is going to put this decades long threat to bed once and for all.
Obviously, the Administration wants something to leak. No way they are going to keep anything secret once that briefing is done. Sounds like Trump is sending a message to NK, China, Russia, and Japan.
