The 28 percent of Democrats who oppose abortion have no place in the Democratic party, according to two of the partys leading figures.
Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin echoed party chair Tom Perez Sunday in saying that there is no room in the party for dissent on the abortion issue.
I am committed to womens rights under the law, reproductive rights certainly, and our party is [committed], Durbin said in an appearance on CNN. Weve made that part of our platform and position for a long, long time. I know within the ranks of the Democratic Party there are those who see that differently on a personal basis, but when it comes to the policy position, I think we need to be clear and unequivocal.

Finally, a defining moment. They pulled off the mask that hid nothing from many of us.
As a believer, I am influenced by the writing of Saint Paul, who said we wrestle not with flesh and blood.....then goes on to describe spiritual beings and entities that are against the living God.
Back in the 80s, I asked the Lord to show me how to vote - I immediately received this guidance on any candidates:
1) Ask how they line up on the unborn child,
2) Ask how they line up on the Nation of Israel, and
3) Ask how they line up on the Lord Jesus Christ -
Then you will know how to vote.
Those are some excellent voting guidelines.
It is beyond belief about the stupidity of modern Democrats. Is the money received from the Abortion Industry so important that it moves them to such hate?
In criminal trials with DNA, the experts testify that your own individual DNA begins at conception.
That entails kicking out a lot of Hispanic Christians.
No wonder Dims have lost a thousand seats nationally! They EAT their own!
the beauty of those voting guidelines, They can be applied to nearly everyone, regardless of party, and regardless of voter preference.
A democrat could use those in reverse. The hypocrisy for Christians, are the attempts to reconcile within one candidate the issues of life, Israel and the divinity of Christ. I had a strong Catholic upbringing, but remain ashamed for those that take Communion and still support Abortion.
I hold the same emotion for devoted Jews that can not see that abortion is a modern day sacrifice to the god Molech so well described in Hebrew scriptures.
I long for the day that devote Jews will see that the veil in the temple has been rent, and Yeshua Hamashiach has been revealed as the Messiah of Isaiah's prophecy
good luck with that
ditto
If only THOSE Dems were as easily swayed. I guarantee you that the die-hard Catholic and Democratic voter will hand-wring and then fabricate some sort of twisted logic that will allow them to pull the lever for a "D" candidate.
