Oh man! That was a terrible time with so many dogs and cats dying because of that junk!
Purina Cat Chow was never on the list of foods with it and that’s what I’ve always fed my cats. Got lucky there and didn’t lose any babies to the poisoning.

I’ve had cats my entire life and can’t imagine life without them. Didn’t quite expect to have as many as we do now though. LOL! Currently 39 with at least 4 due any day now. Our latest stray didn’t arrive alone and she’s about ready to pop.

O.M.G.! 39? No wonder you are always needing to “run get kitty food”! You truly are The Cat Lady! lol

LOL! You forgot CRAZY Cat Lady! Gotta be crazy to put up with so many.

When you live on a farm with a BIG red barn, you have a magnet for unwanted cats. Everyone thinks we need a mouser, not realizing we have MORE than enough already.

They all get spayed/neutered and stay here til they die. We don’t give any away. Pixie will be spayed when her kittens are weaned and they’ll all get fixed when they’re old enough.

It would be nice if people dumping cats would go to one of the many other farms in the county. They all seem to dump them here.

Are you able to get vouchers for spaying from the Humane Society?

You’d mentioned once before you’d grown up with him. He looks like he’d have been a jerk. One weird dude!
But I love his voice.

We don’t bother with them. I did years ago when I lived in Raleigh though they weren’t from the Humane Society. Can’t remember the group’s name now but the vet honored their certificates. He’s the one who gave them to me.

I hope you don’t have as many as we do! LOL! I don’t wish it on anyone. But as aggravating as they can be at times, we love them dearly.

Had to laugh, Allan Holdsworth passed on the 16th, probably one of the finest guitar virtuosos.

He said he’d rather play horns but they gave him a guitar LOL

RIP Maynard, RIP Allan

LOL! Bet that was a hoot. I gather you were there that night?

Yeah, that skinny punk rocked. I would have loved to see the band live but they never played anywhere close that I heard about.

In the 60’s and 70’s they were all like smoking doobies and flicking their bics and saying “dude sit down “LOL

“yer harshing my scene” LOL

Then there was the B52s and life was altered LOL

B52’s was a permit to have fun

I hated bands like YES even if I admired their talent

Tin roof rusting!
