I think people make a good point that the videos show workers with bare skin exposed working on gas victims. Any veteran with NBC knows that just doesn’t look right.
On the other hand, one could say; Did they even have access to the proper gear? If so, was it handy. If not handy, would you expect them to stand around and wait for it while people are suffering? Did they know it was a chemical attack to begin with? Do they even have training for chemical attacks? Maybe some do?
We just don’t know enough and probably never will. Congressional committees can’t even get a straight answer out of intelligence people.
Depends on the level of exposure. As a gas, very small concentrations are lethal when inhaled. Skin exposure is also lethal but requires direct contact with the agent.
They didn’t know what they were working with and suffered the effects and had to be treated also.
I don’t know why people are so determined to find imaginary boogie men everywhere but they are.
Wayne, do you think the knowledge of these things is as good in Syria as it is here? Do you think their medical practices are as advanced? Do you think they even consider some of the things we do?
Look at the way they try to tell lies as if nobody will know. We’re not dealing with the best and brightest of the world IMO.
So sure, they don’t use good procedure. Who could have expected that?
