Let’s say that the company thinks you should have your oil changed every 3,000 miles but you go in at 2,900. The light will still come on at 3,000 even though you had your oil changed just 100 miles before.

Yeah, hubby has turned off the check engine light lots of times. He bought something that reads the codes too, some time ago. To be sure he wasn’t turning it off when it really had a problem that should be addressed.
I really ought to learn the basics. I’ve been spoiled because he fixes everything I break, lol! For instance, I bought windshield wipers tonight - but have never installed a set! OTOH, hubby doesn’t know how to do laundry or cook. but I think he’s just pretending, it’s not rocket science. he could figure it out anyway, a lot easier than I could figure out how to fix the leaking washer or rotating tires.

OK, I figured out tonight that maybe I am a tiny bit giraffe obsessed . I was asking some friends at scripture study if they were following April and the baby giraffe. Sam never heard of it so I was explaining. I found myself telling them all sorts of details, the baby was 5 foot nine when he was born, how April tried to kick the vet when he wanted to examine him, and someone mentioned the long drive when the baby was born I said that breaks the umbilical cord And gets the baby breathing, etc. I was just rambling on anon. It was all great information that I’ve gotten from you guys!
