Sorry to hear this. Prayers.....
Good thing Philadelphia doesn’t allow law-abiding citizens to carry weapons of self-defense or some poor denizen of the City of Brotherly love might have been harmed!
I’m praying!
Since it all works with cell phone apps, has anyone asked Uber who her last fare was and where he was picked up and dropped? For that matter, doesn’t the app track the driver, as well?
GPS track should be available.
GPS track should be available.
Poor DP, 8 sec diff. Best to get the same time stamp.
An Uber will not let you carry a weapon in the car if you are a driver.
They can find a pimple on Trump’s ass but can’t track her down ? / S
Hoping they find her safe...
The only way they’d ever know is if you were forced to use it, and at that point it’s better to be judged than carried.
The Uber driver app tracks her location within feet to compute fares. Uber should have a record of her exact location unless her phone was turned off.

Lord, show your mercy and lead us to this missing lady. Grant wisdom and strength to those investigating the case.
Pennsylvania is a shall issue state and state law takes precedence. Philadelphia issues gun permits through the Police Department. Sheriffs handle it in other counties. I probably won't be alive to see Constitutional carry in Pennsy.
PA is a shall issue state for CCW permit (including for Philly residents) and permits from throughout the state are valid in Philly. I just had mine renewed this week and it took 15 mins from start to finish and cost $20, now, if Uber doesn’t allow CCW, that’s a condition of employment you accept. Don’t be too quick to bash PA, it’s a red state now, dontchya know....
Praying.
NSA growth fueled by need to target terrorists
From The Washington Compost. Supposedly though the NSA can track them even when turned off.

But some do anyway. A few months ago a driver dispatched a bad guy in Miami.
