Chaos erupted after the U.S. dropped the largest non-nuclear bomb in its arsenal on an Islamic State training camp in Afghanistan Thursday, local villagers told The Guardian.
The bomb was dropped on Achin district in Nangarhar province, the long-time home of the terrorist group in Afghanistan. ISIS has proven resilient in Afghanistan, often using Nangarhar province to launch attacks on the capital of Kabul. The U.S. said the massive bomb, nicknamed the mother of all bombs, was requested to destroy ISISs extensive tunnel network in the village.
The earth felt like a boat in a storm, one villager told The Guardian. He continued, My ears were deaf for a while. My windows and doors are broken. There are cracks in the walls. Achins Mayor Naweed Shinwari said my relatives thought the end of the world had come.

LOL. Was watching the BBC before. They reported that according to an ISIS spokesman, they suffered no casualties. You could tell from the BBC newsreader that they were hoping that it was true...

This may be the yield of the Yemeni raid.

Might be an occasion to refill gitmo. Wonder if there were any captives. I doubt if we will find out any time soon.
Did Kushner go to Afghanistan, too?
Remember what Trump said about using a courier. Think about it.

Taliban and Isis have been able to run free in those tunnels for at least a decade. No way they didn’t have any casualties. No way they thought Trump would do this.
Then again, how can you count the dead when they have been vaporized and splattered all inside those caves?

Interesting analogy from someone that has probably never seen more water than what flows in a seasonally flooded wadi Well, there is Kunar River Lake in that province's Goshta District.

And yet it took 3 Tallboys to sink big Tirpitz.

RAF Scampton gate guards:
One of the bombs is a Tall Boy. IIRC, they found out some years later that it was still full of Torpex.

The Japanese Generals were hoping that we had only one.
Then they were betting that we had only two.
The Emperor was no longer willing to take that bet.
