Poll results are available there.
Ron Estes (Republican)
James Thompson (Democratic)
LOL, ok. You sound pretty fired up about that...
don’t know what to tell you. :) I am pulling these off Secretary of State’s office. The new, Common Core math I guess.
LOL.
Update: 4/11/2017 9:30PM
Butler came in BIG for Estes, margin for Thompson now just over 3%
is that a rat county?
LOL!
AP reports are running far behind the SOS and HQ.
They’re manipulating the news to keep the Dem in the race.
TR sounds like a RAT to me.
These are *all* Republican counties. This is Kansas.
Still, lots of Kansas Republicans tend to be squishes, particularly the Johnson County country club types, but that county isn’t in this district.
It’s Wichita. It went for Trump 54% to 36%.
Just wait until the Russian hacking kicks in.
Lots of taxpayers live in Wichita. It is a solid red town.
8:38 pm Central Time...33% of the precincts reporting.
I think the Republican will win...this is a Republican district...some counties have none in yet.
The Demon Rats got a thrill up their leg like Christine Matthews at the start of the night, but they'll end up throwing ashtrays and lamps like Hitlery last November.
I think I'll go to bed. G'nite.
According to Richard Baris at PPD polling, Estes running away with it based on where returns are.

A win is a win is a win. No matter was the media says. The only thing that matters are the end of the day is that there is an “R” behind the winner’s name.
His namesake also sounded like a ‘rat much of the time — runs with the territory I guess.
JoCo is turning so blue now, it’s disgusting. I’m so disappointed - am curious how many are transplants who fled their liberal bastions to try and replicate what they fled from.
Still, lots of Kansas Republicans tend to be squishes, particularly the Johnson County country club types, but that county isnt in this district.
This is true but don't count out media manipulation. It's how we got Sebelius twice. With all the Brownback bashing, they almost got another liberal in the Governor's office. Also with all the Brownback bashing, we lost quite a few good conservatives in the Kansas House and Senate. Our local medias are terribly manipulative when it comes to politics.
