Russia reacted to U.S. military strikes on its ally Syria Friday by cutting a hotline intended to prevent midair incidents, a response that demonstrates Moscow's readiness to defy Washington and could even put the two nuclear superpowers on a course toward military confrontation.
President Vladimir Putin signaled he was ready to risk a clash with the U.S. and abandon hopes for mending ties with the U.S. under President Donald Trump, rather than accept the humiliation of standing by while his ally is bombed.

Bottom line is, the base will get over it, and Trump’s base of support has been expanced at little risk. As Scott Adams says, he’s already moved from being Hitler to just being incompetent. Now with a perfectly executed surgical strike that sends a clear message not only to Assad and Russia but also the China and the Norks and Iran - he will rise from “incompetent” to “OK, I guess he’s competent but I still don’t like him”.
As Trump proved, you need more than the conservative base to win, and you need a broader coalition to accomplish big goals like creating safe zones to keep Syrians in Syria.
Influence is just fine... for all sides. AND cheaper.
There's a win here for all of us... Russians join the family of ‘good guys who won't allow chemical weapons’, they're warned ahead of time as friends do for each other, AND the monster Assad is weakened.

2 - Were the rescue personnel properly dressed/outfitted to treat victims of a chemical attack.

North Korea might launch against South Korea and/or Japan.
Pakistan’s nukes might get in the hands of the Taliban and they launch against India.
So, it is now up to Trump to take care of North Korea, at the least. And make sure the Talibastards are taken out as well.
I’m very partial to the Scouts.....Was a Scout Master when my son was growing up.....It had a great influence on him..I attribute the BSA for getting him ready to attend The Citadel and is now a Captain commanding a Inf Company..
