Another thing that I find interesting is that in the article about the arrest has a headline that says “Possible Hate Crime Attack”. Do they ever use the word “possible” when it is white on black? Unless my memory is faulty, words like “alleged”, “possible”, “purported” are rarely used when the races are reversed.
Time to get rid of “hate” crime laws and just focus on prosecuting crimes. It doesn’t matter if there was a racial component to what she did. It was a crime regardless of the race of any participant and regardless of any epithets that may have been spoken.
Was she offered scholarships to several colleges after that?
