The law imposes criminal sanctions on government officials who “engage in electronic surveillance under color of law except as authorized” by statutes and governing regulations implementing those statutes. This same criminal law makes a person “guilty of an offense” if she intentionally “discloses or uses information obtained under color of law by electronic surveillance, knowing or having reason to know that the information was obtained” in a manner “not authorized” by law.
According to both FBI Director Comey and NSA Director Clapper, no warrant ever authorized the intercepts and electronic surveillance on a member of Trump’s team.
Susan Rice, and the Obama administration, appeared to have often skipped the Constitutional limits on their duties while in office; now might be a good time to buff up on the Fifth Amendment, and the right to counsel. Congress may be calling soon.

the ONLY way anything comes of this, is if Trump comes out and declares that since this was “legal” his administration will be survey-ling any and all dems who have talked with any outside ambassadors, on a continuing non-stop basis (since it is legal, dontcha know, and for the security of our nation...)
Plus, they will ask for the “unmasking” of all those who are involved in such talks... because it is legal.
AND he will use Obama’s rules to distribute that information to every intelligence agency.

I hope Mike Rogers prevents this. His problem is the Obama embeds doing this. So much work to do to drain the swamp. My gut tells me Rogers is a white hat. What a job. Pray he's a good guy. Yes Flynn is a Democrat. Why is he asking for immunity? You only do that if you’ve done something wrong, as we well know from the Obama Administration officials who asked for it. I’m beginning to wonder if Flynn was a Democrat plant.
This is why they need to sic the FBI and the Justice Department on her. Don’t try this case in the court of public opinion. Don’t bring her before Congress. Charge her. Perp walk her ass in front of some TV cameras with cuffs on. Let her plea down to something less than the 10 years she should get.

The Justice Department does not need a Grand Jury to indict and any selected from the D.C. area would be suspect at best.
An FBI investigation can trigger an indictment. Congress can’t.
Quite the contrary. NSA was behind the leaks to Wikileaks, I have little doubt, and it was leaking from it which started the Rice investigation.
