The problem is his numbers are in the tank and a lot of the country, a huge percentage of the country, believes that he is unstable partly because of these kinds of tweets.
If he wants to land a "sucker punch," he should not drop his right, he should not lower his guard and leave himself open to all these scurrilous attacks that the establishment media have been hurling at him ever since he tweeted these allegations.
Speaking of in the tank, think back to immediately after the election:
The counts of votes on all major networks stopping *dead* for several hours while Dem fraud masters apparently tried turning the boxes upside down and shaking them to produce extra Hillary votes.
Election night, John Podesta (the Molesta?) coming out to say it's not over yet, they're not done counting.
First the spurious recounts which stopped as soon as they showed Dem election fraud / Trump's true vote increasing.
The calls of "But Trump lost the POPULAR vote!"
Hollywood's "public service" ads with third-rate actors cajoling electors to "go unfaithful". ("...and you'll have my respect / *my* respect / my respect")
Then the calls of "Russian influence" which morphed into "Russian hacking" which morphed into "Trump has been ...working with! ...the Russians."
Coupled with the hit job on Flynn.
And all breathlessly pummeled into the American psyche (for those still stupid enough to rely upon the MSM) 24x7.
Trump deflects the narrative with a single tweet: and as it turns out, what Obama's minions actually did is far worse than what the Dems had said Trumps "deranged fantasies" were: and is backed up by incontrovertible hard evidence.
And all you can do is whine about how Trump is going to lose, and he deserves it?
? Seriously, why don't you go talk up how well Merkel's importation of Middle Easterners is going for German women? You'd have a better chance of being given credence at this point...
Since you believe the poll numbers, let’s go back to Nov 5, 2016—one day before the election:
During the 2012 election, Republicans who hated the daily onslaught of polling showing that Mitt Romney was headed toward a comfortable defeat turned to Dean Chambers, the man who launched the website Unskewed Polls. The poll numbers were wrong, he said, and by tweaking a few things, he could give a more accurate count. His final projection had Romney winning close to all 50 states.
Chambers has wisely abandoned the field of election forecasting, and this year says he thinks the various models predicting a Hillary Clinton victory are probably accurate. The models themselves are pretty confident. HuffPost Pollster is giving Clinton a 98 percent chance of winning, and The New York Times model at The Upshot puts her chances at 85 percent.

You do realize the 9-d chess thing is a joke-meme, right?

Polling doesn’t mater right now. It will matter closer to the midterms.
>If he wants to land a “sucker punch,” he should not drop his right, he should not lower his guard and leave himself open to all these scurrilous attacks that the establishment media have been hurling at him ever since he tweeted these allegations.
You really don’t get it do, you? If Trump released all this stuff about Obama spying in a normal manner the media would just ignore it. Pretend like it never happened and it works. Now however that Trump’s been attacked over and over again the media can’t ignore it. Trump used this tactic over and over and it’s effective in dealing with a MSN that’s pure propaganda, not new reporting.

Look, we all know you don’t like Trump. You make it manifestly obvious. But your anti-Trump comments become tiresome and boring. Go take a vacation, maybe to Tahiti.
If you act like a nut in public; folks tend to stay out of your way.
You must be talking about another country. In the USA on the ground we like Trump just fine. There are fake polls and then there are real numbers. Try looking at the Small Business Optimism Index, at the manufacturers new commitments investmenting in America, the job creation. If you are reading the MSM you are being fed a bunch of lies which you shouldn’t believe or peddle.
