It removes Reason and Truth (God) and “Higher Laws” (Rule of Law) from our “Justice System”.
We need to return Rule of Law (Higher Laws) and eject the irrational, evil “laws” which are “null and void” anyhow. When “law” becomes evil and irrational, it will collapse culture (Cicero).
