Use your brain. He can’t reveal his source because it’s secret and he would be breaking the law. But I think that source is not a whistleblower and was authorized to tell Chairman Nunes.
The nature of the electronic surveillance is that it’s very secret, only known by hints and rumors.

FACT: North Carolina Rep. Walter Jones is dishonest and a liar which caused him to lose his Honorary membership in the Fleet Reserve Association.

Dems have made a living off demanding release of information knowing darn well it can’t be released for the very reason you pointed out. Then when it isn’t released they lie about the content or deny the info even exists.
