Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) on Tuesday said House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) needs to explain his visit to White House grounds one day before briefing President Trump on surveillance affecting his transition team.
"I think there needs to be a lot of explaining to do,” McCain told “CBS This Morning.” “I’ve been around for quite a while and I’ve never heard of such thing.”

McCain is at it again, I see. He never heard of such a thing? McCain was elected to the House of Representatives 1982 and to the Senate in 1986. So, he’s been in politics for 35 years during which time Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and now Donald Trump have been president. In those 35 years there have been countless Congressional investigations with all manner of shenanigans on both sides of the aisle. But the old goat hasn’t seen a committee chairman visit any of those six presidents in all that time except for Nunes? McCain is getting worse with age.
Why?
McShame still hasn’t explained why he sealed his military records.
Truer words were never spoken. McCain is embarrassing himself, but even that fact is lost on him.
Can’t think of a single soul left who even remotely cares what he thinks.

Instead of attacking, threatening, blackmailing, censoring Nunes and suppressing the truth, perhaps we can find out what Nunes knows
Obama has done possibly irreparable harm to the country and the world, but McCain would have gotten us into a nuclear war. The choice in 2008 was between a self-declared Marxist and a totally scary Captain Queeg war monger. Either way we were screwed.
Ask McCain ever raised a single question regarding the Terrorists the Previous President had coming in and out of the White House? Once? One single stinking time?

Not sure I agree but I’m not insistent either way. Eight or so years ago, McCain was significantly more cogent than he is now. He’d probably only have been a one termer and we would be deeply involved in at least 2 more wars. That *could* mean the HRC of four years ago would be president, so don’t think I do not get your point.
In the last couple of years he’s gone far, far around the bend. I think he’s only a couple years away from institutionalization, no more.
