So, they never tell us how russians “interfered.” But it is implied that they hacked the DNC and Hillary emails and exposed their high crimes and treasonous behavior. But it is an act of war?

Assuming that the Russians did "hack" the DNC email (and I do NOT think they did), that would be no more an act of war than if they were to hack MY email. Or, if the US Government were to hack my email. Does Cheney think that ANY government hacking someone's email is an act of war? Or just the governments that the democrats think are "bad".

Yes, you are right, we don’t even know if they are the ones who hacked the DNC’s computers.

Logically, why would Trump use the Russians for this? I am sure he can find some American born computer hacks.
