So will new companies offer policies?
People noticed, and would like it in writing...
Trump should cancel all the exemptions
So why are Trump’s poll numbers in the 30s? < /S >
That’s true. But it does have to be put into law or the next dem President can reverse it
I noticed.
The next president, if he or she is a Dhimmicrap, can undo what President Trump has done.
No penalty, cool.
So all I want is a cheap catastrophic policy and I’d be happy, if it were offered for early retirees. Maybe some insurance companies will start offering a menu of policies instead of my ONE choice now.
And the next President if he/she be a commie dem can resuscitate it!

Why is Ryan pandering to ‘Republican’ donors? President Trump campaigned against politicians using ‘we the people’ to pay back super packed donors via legislation... yet here is Ryan doing the very thing that President Trump campaigned against. No taxation, mandate, or regulation without representation....
A link to the toe-suckers facebook page?
Seriously?
No thanks.
The destruction of Obamacare is written into the law.
Which doesn’t appropriate funds for Cost Sharing Reduction Subsidies.
No one told New York State
Their marketplace is just as statist, crony-capitalist, expensive and corrupt as ever
The insurance companies should have been shouting this from the rooftops.
I haven’t seen one ad.
I just did my taxes with turbotax and it was clear that they no longer required me to enter any proof on my healthcare. So Turbotax is not worrying about it. Not that confirms much but it is a good sign.
That is so true. The key is to go Free Market. the Rinocare bill was a disaster. We have the men of the freedom caucus to thank and God Almighty. Less government— NOT MORE!!
So, if I understand Morris right, what’s been done so far removes any new sources of revenues to the government or insurance pool, while keeping all the subsidies (expenses).
Or in other words, keep all the new nonpaying “customers”, while getting rid of paying “customers”.
If things are left like that, insurance premiums deductibles and copays will go through the roof even faster.
Actually they did not.
They called it what it was: a tax.
Which is why the ruling was an abomination. They did not rule on the law, they changed the law.
Nullification of unconstitutional laws is better than rebellion, but it still needs to be repealed.
We the people are the final arbiters of everything constitutional.
