So, if I understand Morris right, what’s been done so far removes any new sources of revenues to the government or insurance pool, while keeping all the subsidies (expenses).

Or in other words, keep all the new nonpaying “customers”, while getting rid of paying “customers”.

If things are left like that, insurance premiums deductibles and copays will go through the roof even faster.

Perhaps—but his point is the mandates-—which was the single most fought element of O-care-—is gone.

Excellent point. Trump will be blamed for booby trapping Obama Care and bringing it down.
