Implode absolutely has meaning. The health care providers are abandoning the exchanges. The lack of participation drives rates up, unsustainable so. Present funding cannot support the weight. The system goes bankrupt. Implode. Done. Besides, the individual mandate compelling all Americans to buy health care was ruled a tax by the Supreme Court in 2012. That can be tossed out in reconciliation with a simple majority vote. That simple act alone hampstrings the whole animal. It's horse-pucky that the Republicans are "doing all they can". We the People know better and are sick and tired of the liars and the enablers of those liars.

The Republicans will be blamed for the implosion and the MSM will drown out any other version of what happened. You will convince yourself and no others.

The ‘funding of Obamacare’ is not irrevocably resolute. It’s funding comes from many sources, on of which is taxation/fees on insurers, for example. In looking at the list of sources of this funding:

I see several places where action could fail (will fail in the case of dwindling insurers). To say that “it is completely funded” only relies on the gullibility of those who wish to use it.
Sure, there are trickeries like QE used by the Fed to use one credit card to pay for another, but in the end, increasing the debt has to make it through Congress and the President in the end, and this time there will be no UBAMA to cheat it in.
