The FBI is thus far not cooperating with the House of Representatives' investigation into the NSA's surveillance of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, the chairman of the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) said today. Nunes said communications from the Trump team were picked up and disseminated within the government during the 2016 campaign. Nunes told reporters that sources within the intelligence community presented him with the information. He spoke to the press after briefing the White House. "We don’t actually know yet officially what happened to General Flynn," Nunes said of how communications from Gen. Flynn's calls were leaked to the press. "We just know that his name leaked out but we don't know how it was picked up yet. That was one of the things that we asked for in the March 15th letter, was for the NSA, CIA, and FBI to get us all the unmasking that was done." "And I'll tell you, NSA is being cooperative," Nunes continued, "but so far the FBI has not told us whether or not they’re going to respond to our March 15th letter which is now a couple of weeks old.” Nunes also reported that as of now, he "cannot rule out" President Obama ordering the surveillance.

Not true. In fact, Nunes made points every where today this has nothing to do with Russia. Therefore, code for Sessions (who recused himself ONLY on Russia) to jump in with both feet.
Comey has a few choices with the way this is going:
1) come clean
2) lie and get deeper in it, leak more for more leverage
3) resign
4) announce Trump is innocent, arrest a few leakers and get back business as usual
I am guessing he will choose the latter most option within the next week or two. What is unknown is what Obama and Lynch have on Comey, as he could be under duress.
I suspected Comey might be compromised by threat or bribe way back when he let Hillary off the hook.
I think that this was part of what Trump mentioned to Hannity last week that more information was forth-coming.
I am thinking that Comey went up there to do the dog and pony show on Monday and playing semantics with words thinking that he was covered and using “National Security” to not comment on FISA warrants and the rest that he probably had happened.
And having said that, it opened the door up for Nunes to release this information after Comey was given the chance to let the public know the truth.
And where is Obama? On another billionaire-owned island with no access. He knew from his plants in the Intel agencie that this would be revealed,so you head to some extradition-free island. Or he could be in any Muslim country with palatial digs. He certainly gave them billions from our Treasury before Jan 20 to pay his rent for a few years.
I’m of the opinion there was a FISA warrant on calls and The Target Was Not Trump but, he and his “employees” or “representatives” were caught up in the call.
Where the crime exists is that under Whole Pipe Access anyone incidental or inadvertent to the target were suppose to be “minimized” or “Masked”.
Someone unlawfully leaked this stuff and the Flynn fiasco.

Think about this. The DEMOCRAT head of this committee is mad that Comey is not cooperating with HIM.
Suppose Pelosi were cranked about something - would you automatically assume she was in the right?
What if Comey, who obviously knows many things we don’t, is working for the good of the people? What if he’s aware of other investigations that intersect with this one, and is protecting other efforts? What if he’s actually on Trumps side?
You don’t know the facts, yet you and 90% of FReepers just can’t say “Fire Comey” enough.

There might be a legitimate reason for the FBI not to be cooperating right now. All of their top leaders may be retaining their own lawyers.
