Well, I can understand why.

The Gov has spent all the money on his “train” .. so there’s nothing left over for the citizens of CA.

When he runs out of welfare money; what will happen to the safety of the citizens of CA.

I’m not waiting around to find out - moving to OR; sister is ill; needs my help; and we’re very close friends.
