Tyranny.
Just remarkable. He should just put a halt on ALL immigration.
Why do you think he is tranny?
Tell the Judge to go to hell. Ignore him or go to Clarence Thomas for a stay on the order.
He should have an “accident”
That might just bring about an Andrew Jackson moment.
At some point, judicial tyranny will be addressed. Up until now, the Executive Branch has either been polite (Trump, GWB) and gone along, or underhandedly ignored the judiciary without saying so (Obama, to a lesser extent Clinton).
You can only push it so far, and then it’s either unelected tyranny or anarchy.
Trump is putting up with this crap for a reason, I am sure. So far he has come out on tope and the other side gets looking pretty deflated and battered. I hope it is the same with this. If the judges, and this will be a serial problem. Each time a judge gets bypassed another will come up with a slightly different ruling. It is the same thing as suing someone into bankruptcy. If they succeed finally in stopping a Trump initiative, they would effectively stop all of them and Trump would then be Romney. I expect DJT is letting the lefties get it all out there in order to show them that there is no floor under them. I certainly hope so.

These Judges are usurping the authority of the President of the US. They are all guilty of insurrection against the duly elected government of the United States
That judge has NO power to enforce his stupid demand, should he make it. Mo police, nor army, to "make" the president bring in more TERRORISTS.
We need a law past that eliminates ANY JUDGE from single handedly being able to rule on such a major decision. One person should NOT have the authority to make such a monumental decision on the safety of the American people, NONE! There is NO RASONABLE REASON to not have a vetting period to allow for screen these people.
I do not understand why Trump just doesn’t slow down the visa process completely. Is there a time limit of when a visa has to be ordered? Just take those countries and make the visas go to one person to approve. And make that persons work day from 8:00AM to 8:10AM one day a week.
at some point, you have to conclude the judicial activists are tempting Trump to ignore them to establish grounds for impeachment.
At some point, you have to conclude the people who elected Trump will activate and sort this shit out the old fashion way.
Sum Ting Wong!
In his white paper on the subject of the increasing inability to govern a large complex society Edward Martin of the Society of American Governance Professionals outlined the concept of conspiracy to obstruct governance and obstruction of governance. Both are crimes against the Republic that can rise to the capital level.
Obstruction of governance is defined to be an action or actions by an individual or group of individuals to ignore the existing laws or to administer those laws in such a manner that there is in effect no law. The conspiracy to obstruct occurs when individuals engaging in obstruction gather and or act to obstruct governance on a regional or national scale.
Accused are arrested and being flight risks are confined without bail
The punishment initially consists of removal from active society and placement in a village with other conspirators/obstructionists. Within the village there is relative freedom. The village is not composed of cells or other such confinement. Rather the village is a sort of campus including living, recreational and dining facilities to which the village residents can move about freely. The residents are confined to the village and not permitted to visit the other areas of the island
On arrival, the residents clothing is removed. The resident is permitted to enter the clothing warehouse and select from the available clothing. It is anticipated that the most common mode of dress will be what might be described as jeans and various colored T shirts. The resident may return for additional and different clothing but may not exceed the quantity regulation. The island climate is considered mild such that the requirement for clothing is not great.
The sleeping facilities are barracks like but the beds can be removed to other village buildings the resident might find more to his liking. Sheets, pillow cases and blankets are provided in an assortment of types and colors. There is no restriction on gender segregation in any of the sleeping or bathroom facilities.
The dining facility includes what amounts to a commercial or school kitchen and includes a large comfortable dining room with an assortment of various sized tables. The food is provided to the kitchen pantry weekly. It is the necessity of the residents to organize and carry out the various functions of cooking, cleanup and actual eating. The food provided is considered nutritious but simple to prepare. Commodities including beans and rice, surplus cheese and peanut butter and canned fruit will be provided for preparation will be provided to the pantry.
Perhaps President Trump should quote President Andrew Jackson on a supreme court decision in 1832 “now let him enforce it.” “Him” being U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall
“Those are the famous words uttered by President Andrew Jackson in relation to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshalls 1832 decision in Worcester v. Georgia to strike down a Georgia law that imposed regulations on the comings and goings of white people in Native American land.”
“This ruling was foundational in establishing the general idea that Native Americans have some degree of sovereignty in their interaction with U.S. governments. The words and actions of President Jackson in relation to the opinion is a historic event exemplifying the ever present debate over state and federal power and the role of the courts in our modern times.”
Well here we go the little prick wasn’t slapped down when he used campaign rhetoric to block the EO. So now he feels empowered to pull this. Trump must defy this or he has been rendered powerless. The wall will be rendered meaningless because everyone will have a right to come here.
What we don’t know is who actually got visas or any one got visas
Affirmative action, that’s what’s wrong.
Shoved Obama down our throats.
Now this little puke of a tyrant.
Trump needs to punch him right in the face and knock him on his ass.
