Buy them twice a year. Have some made into Hoosier tenderloins and thick chops. Love a good piece of pork.

I love pork, too and was hungry for some. I bought a couple of pork top loin chops on sale yesterday. Having one for dinner today with sweet and sour red cabbage and some mashed tasters. It’s sounding good already, so my dinner may be mid-afternoon or even lunch.
