Somehow, the powers that be, have found a more efficient means in how they fill the venue, compared to the rally last week in TN.
An RSBN reporter stationed outside the building, remarked on the higher flow rate of people, as they made their way into the auditorium.
Likewise, the image that you posted shows the upper levels filling up with people well before the start time of the event.
