That is why you have to carefully read whatever insurance you pick. Most insurances cover emergency type of situations. They may not cover all ELECTIVE procedures.

‘pretty confidant’ ain’t the same as ‘sure’! I think careful writing would make it qualify. The lower premiums will mean less government subsidies- therefore budget-related.
