Do you know what the recent changes due to the tax credits? I haven’t found anything other than a summary that isn’t very specific. Lots of changes to the Medicaid area it looks like.

It looks like the Medicaid work requirements are only an option. Some states don’t have to do it, therefore they can give healthcare to illegals.
If the states chose that route it’s at their own peril

What if people go to doctors (holistic et all) who do not take insurance? Why should those people be penalized with the 30%? They’re already paying out of pocket.
If the premiums were carried to the next years then I’d have no issue with getting insurance. As it stands paying insurance if one isn’t using it is a waste of money.

Mostly, the negotiations seem to consist of promising conservatives things in future bills, not a powerul argument. Trump needs to get RINOs to compromise with conservatives on THIS bill. But RINOs never compromise with copnservatives.

In reality, those signing up only when sick are going to cost the insurance company - and fellow insured people- a lot more than 30%. I think it’s quite a deal.
Well that’s the nature of “insurance”. You don’t get your car insurance premiums or house insurance premiums back if you don’t make a claim. It sounds like an HSA might be more like what you want. Those are great for younger, healthier people.
Maybe instead of “no trespassing” signs they could institute “trespassers shot on sight” signs.
