Every morning when you wake up and look in the mirror, you're looking at a loser. What you do that day to make progress toward winning is all up to you. And the guy who goes up to home plate and strikes out on three swings is making more progress than the pathetic sh!t who sits in the dugout strung out on heroin.
Well, building the drug delivery infrastructure over the last 8 years under the watchful eye of Obama was not an easy thing to do. But the good new is that now it is working as planned.

We had 9 heroin deaths in Cincinnati last weekend. Its not a big town. About 20 were revived with Narcon.

I have witnessed just about every scenario, for drug and alcohol folks.
The truth is some people simply cannot handle their use.
In my not-so-humble opinion, the medical profession places too low of a priority on managing a patient to get off pain meds.
Patients that are cut off from prescription meds, can get heroin or street meds fairly easily.
By then they aren’t “patients,” but rather addicts.
Obamacare has included substance “treatment,” so they are often swept into professional care, rehab, housing, treatment. But this is mainly coming in place of hitting an horrific bottom, under olde skool times.
So people wind up getting rescued from themselves, only to restart the cycle.
Really bad consequences, which used to teach folks about better living practices, have been largely removed from life.
Duterte , the prez of the Philippines has a solution for that: KILL THE DRUG PUSHERS. it’s worked wonders for the country. How come we cant do that here?

A big part of the problem is the DEA cracking down on doctors, making it impossible to properly medicate pain. The legally manufactured medicine become unavailable, so people get ahold of heroin, which is of unpredictable strength and often adulterated.
Once again, government meddling makes a problem worse.
