A federal district judge in Hawaii has just issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) blocking the key provisions of the President’s revised Executive order that pauses the refugee program and admittance of foreign nationals from 6 terrorist hotbeds (Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, and Yemen) until thorough vetting can be put in place.
The court disturbingly ruled that these two provisions – pausing refugees and foreign national entry from 6 nations – target Muslims and violate the Establishment Clause.
The court created a constitutional crisis where none existed. The court’s Establishment Clause analysis is fundamentally flawed and ignores the separation of powers. Worst of all, it puts our national security at risk.

I suspect Trump is going to connect those dots in a tweet within the next 72 hours.
It has become blatantly obvious — many of our judges are fundamentally flawed.
It is time to remove them. Now. Period.

As long as The Executive and Legislative Branches allow themselves to be cowed by Judges handing down illegitimate rulings like this, there will be no change.
What is APPROPRIATE, in this case particularly, is for The Executive and Legislative Branches to IGNORE this pontificating Hawaiian poltroon, call the Judge out as a tyrannical, activist, anti-Constitutional FRAUD, and throw the Judge off the Bench. Even the bare act of acknowledging this ruling gives it more credence than it deserves, and THAT is INHERENTLY STUPID, because NOW we’ve obliged ourselves to go through all this unnecessary, dog-and-pony song-and-dance appeasement of a political left that — when it’s all said and done — WILL NOT BE APPEASED ANYWAY! The ENTIRE EFFORT is a SHAM AND A MOCKERY! IT IS THE VERY ZENITH OF STUPID to act like this ruling amounts to more than the head-on collision of a mosquito with a battleship.
The Judge is out of line, the complainant has no standing, the ruling is null and void, and ought rightly be ENTIRELY, and THOROULGHLY IGNORED.
Flawed because since when does the constitution apply to visitors (non citizens)? In any case is this the future - district courts micromanaging the Executive.
The Islam of the Quran needs to be designated as an anti-American ideology. The start of that may be to classify the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. The Muslim Brotherhood was founded by Muslims who said Islam needed to get back to its Quranic roots, and obey the command to claim the world for a global caliphate by instituting sharia, executing apostates, and enslaving or killing all non-Muslims. The founders of the Muslim Brotherhood were upset because the Muslim world had been colonized and Muslims were acting as if they could “live and let live” rather than be the murderous thugs that Omar commanded them to be.
As long as Islam follows the Quran it cannot ever live in peace. It is COMMANDED to destroy all the principles that the US Constitution is founded on.
The Muslim Brotherhood needs to be classified as a terrorist organization, and the discussion surrounding that needs to address what you call a “religion” that demands violence, slavery, and oppression of all non-Muslims.
If the NSA should be eavesdropping on ANYBODY in the interest of national security, it is the judges who make the decisions that can take the whole nation captive.
Who did this guy communicate with BEFORE hearing arguments, that he could write and publish a 37-page ruling within 2 hours? Who was he with? Where does his cellphone/GPS put him?

Wow, that’s a damningly short timeframe...
Recalling that the state of HI issues “birth certificate” regardless of location of birth, per the obamaumao story. The Russians, chi-coms, you name it, have used HI to establish sleepers in this paperwork fake fashion. Not surprising the “judge” did this.. in this particular state (our last state, that was a territory throughout WWII).
This Hawaii “judge” is so thoroughly dishonest and incompetent that he should be impeached, removed from the bench, and disbarred. He has proved himself unfit to practice law, never mind adjudicate over a courtroom.
