Yep, we skipped the last Oktoberfest because the EU and Merkel have pretty much ruined the country. All of western Europe is taking some serious losses of tourism revenue because of the ignorance of the politicians over there. Same thing is beginning to happen here and in Canada as fewer Asians and Europeans will risk being attacked by street thugs. Sad.

Hey, everyone has a favorite! I must say, I’ve never heard of that one!

You have to try Vernors Root Beer. You’ll Love,”Woody”.

I’ve heard that it was the best! I LOVE Schilo’s Deli’s homemade root beer. It’s thick, rich and ice cold. And only sold in their deli in San Antonio.

No, no gophers. We got caught by the town dogcatcher.

Our town has a deficit and they're looking to make it up by going after on leash law. We're going to Waurika Lake later today.

Bo has better luck finding gophers there.

We don’t shop at a commisary. My hubby didn’t stay in long enough to retire. But our son did. I’ll have to ask him about Vernors. Or look for it at the grocery store. :)

Nope no fine but it was the second time and I had no idea he was going to be there Or I would have put the leash on.

As a kid, I was in the hospital to have my tonsil's removed. I was in the Ward room, with 3 other kids waiting for our throats to recover, after our surgery. When Woody, (a Dwarf costumed up as Woody), with a warmed 14ounce “Big Mouth” Mug of Vernors for each of us, came in to see us and give us each a mug of Vernors to Drink.)

The Nurse, when we asked about our visitor, she said, “Oh, that was Woody he always stops by.”
