With that said, If one of my loved ones did something stupid, I would not immediately kick up a bunch of dust attempting to alter the lifestyles of millions based off of the stupidity of my loved one. It's just not me.
Some folks can carry weapons, some can ride motorcycles, some can parachute....doesn't mean everyone (regardless of their own feelings) should partake in these activities because they do not exhibit the aptitude/stamina/cognitive abilities.
Some folks can have a few beers with a meal or sitting around with buddies and drive home just fine. Some folks, it just hit’sem a lil different.

In Mississippi, the last state standing, it is still legal for me to stop and buy a beer for my drive home from work.
I agree, nothing I have EVER done in a car is more dangerous than me trying to drive while texting. It would be safer for me to be high on meth, drunk and eating a hamburger simultaneously :)
