"Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act: Fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications."

Thanks for posting that.

I truly believe that the main problem is that both patients and doctors are spending other peoples money and there’s little incentive to do anything other than “give me the works” anytime medical care is needed.

Luxurious new hospitals are popping up like herpes at an Occupy Wall Street camp in my area of Florida. Somebody is clearly making good money off the current health care system.

Not sure I agree. Ryancare repeals the Obamacare taxes. In a choice between both, Ryancare is better. Not signing it means choosing Obamacare.

A partial repeal is better than no repeal. The rest can still be repealed later. But if nothing is done, republicans might lose the house next year and Pelosi will be back as speaker. Then you can say bye bye to the wall, to immigration enforcement, to lower taxes, etc.

Trump hasn’t signed anything.

If conservatives House Members are appalled at this bill, vote Ryan
out as Speaker and start fresh.

Otherwise they should keep their mouth shut and quit pounding their chest.

After all , conservatives helped Ryan as Speaker.

Nope. If people get offered near useless high premium and high deductible Trumpcare plans for 2018 the GOP will own Obamacare lock, stock and barrel. It seems they want that as a means to weaken President Trump and steal the beltway agenda.

AS if Amnesty Ryan has President Trump’s best interests at heart. I’ll buy you a clue: he does not.

Maybe we can stimulate the economy by buying pitchforks and torches to march on Washington.

Trump did not write the bill.

Trump did not elect Ryan as Speaker.

The same ones who complain now are the same ones
that voted for Ryan as Speaker.

Don’t like the bill? Elect a new Speaker and start fresh.

That’s my advice to a lot of folks here.

“If people get offered near useless high premium and high deductible Trumpcare plans for 2018”

That is part of the Ryan repeal. You have it backwards. People will be offered those plans if nothing gets done.

And people won’t give a rat’s ass if the plan is called Ryancare, Obamacare or Trumpcare. They will blame whoever is in power.

Some people are never happy.
There are 52 senators more than three already said they can’t accept repeal and no replace because they live in moderate districts so get over yourselves this is the best you can get right now with health care

I expect him to start whittling down the things he does not like, and beefing up the things he likes -- and adding things not yet even mentioned.

Everybody is whacking.

This is not the end of it. The structure of this bill defunds Obamacare. It does not repeal it. Because it is only fiscal in nature, it can be blown through with Republican votes only, as a "reconciliation bill".

The RATs can't fillibuster it.

President Trump is working it hard.

If it is successful, all kinds of other repeal and deregulation bills will follow, including; massive "Health Savings Account"..."Association Health Plan" and "Interstate competition" proposals.

It is what it is.....a carefully revised and parsed DEFUNDING bill.

What makes you think you have 60 votes (or even 51) for RINOcare, ie, Obamacare-lite?

Ryan and the GOP have had 7 years to come up with a plan.

If conservatives are angry, they only have themselves to blame
as they voted for Ryan as Speaker.

If they don’t like the current bill, my suggestion is to get rid of Ryan
and start fresh.

I cringed when 100 percent voted for Ryan! What were they thinking?!?!?!

I agree with you mMy company insurance was excellent. It was stopped when Obama care went into a effect. We paid into both and deserve at least one of them. I recently recovered from 4th stage breast ccancer and I would not be able to pay that bill. More than likely I would have refused the treatment rather than go bankrupt. I could go for a grandfather clause for both medicare and social security if more private plans were available for the uncovered citizens.
