Not sure I agree. Ryancare repeals the Obamacare taxes. In a choice between both, Ryancare is better. Not signing it means choosing Obamacare.

A partial repeal is better than no repeal. The rest can still be repealed later. But if nothing is done, republicans might lose the house next year and Pelosi will be back as speaker. Then you can say bye bye to the wall, to immigration enforcement, to lower taxes, etc.

Nope. If people get offered near useless high premium and high deductible Trumpcare plans for 2018 the GOP will own Obamacare lock, stock and barrel. It seems they want that as a means to weaken President Trump and steal the beltway agenda.

“A partial repeal is better than no repeal.”

I strongly disagree - you can’t be a little bit pregnant (as they say).

“The rest can still be repealed later.”

Theoretically, but history shows that kicking the can down the road never works. Balancing the budget is one example.

It reduces them to 0, but doesn't repeal the regs.

It's actually worse than Obamacare because it's the same crappy system but transfers title to the GOP.
