Many people believe that the opportunity to receive a quality education is a human right fit for all regardless of their race, creed, or socioeconomic status.
However, there are private and public figures in the American power structure who do not agree with that notion. In fact, a senator in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania believes that black students, in particular, are better fits for vocational schools than they are for college or university attendance.

A nation without plumbers and electricians would be as worthless as one without brain surgeons. One needn’t go to college to make at least a decent (if not fantastically wealthy) living.
If you can’t find real ‘racism’, then make it up.
This is the Commie MO for the past 30 years - at least.
They are liars every single one of them.
Strange, I thought it was the dems who try to keep the blacks uneducated and on welfare so they can control the votes better.
Funny thing is I know plenty of electricians and techs without degrees making way more than those with MBA’s and 4 year degrees.
It is disingenuous for both The Black Home School and the Pittsburgh Courier to misquote/misstate/revise his exact quote - not bothering to even print it, apparently - brackets and insertions, omissions and paraphrasing is not “quoting.”

I live in PA, and without a doubt we have the STOOOOOPIDEST Republicans who ever lived.
A Journeyman Electrician makes an average of $32.50 an hour or around $70,000 per year BEFORE overtime & Benefits. The average salary for a person with a college degree is $48,000. The AVERAGE Electrical engineer makes around $65,000. The average Business degree holder makes around $52,000.
Perhaps the good legislator is on to something?!
Comfortable life as a plumber?
Have you ever called a plumber? They charge $50 to answer their own phone!
Walter Williams said the same thing.
