Much of ObamaCare was basically repealed once the Trump administration announced that the IRS would no longer require taxpayers to file those stupid forms that verified your insurance coverage.
The next step to "replace" ObamaCare is for some enterprising people to come up with a financial/insurance product that mirrors all the good things people enjoy about medical insurance without the bad sh!t that makes it expensive and onerously administered. Start marketing it to the public in a state that doesn't mind telling the Federal government to "F%$& off!" (I'm thinking Kentucky might be an ideal place for a number of reasons). Ten bucks says the Federal government won't do a damn thing about it. Congress will probably thank you for getting the issue off their desks without forcing them to vote on anything.
You make a valid point. Via the 10th Amendment, Insurance was typically regulated by the State Commissioner, until Obamacare came around. So everyone wants Medical Marijuana and States Rights? Well good, two can play at that game.
BTW the Product is an HSA w/ Direct Primary Care Tom Prices Bill HR2300 made it payable with your HSA dollars where as now, you only can do it through your Employer, not everyone can. DPC is the cost saver....
