Safe bet... Congress won’t do anything except look for a agreed upon (both Dem/Rep) loophole to get all those involved through without too much damage; except maybe for POTUS and his administration. There may be a scapegoat too.
Congress is like a Broadway Play and scripts have been written behind closed doors. Don’t think for a minute that most of everything is done behind the curtain and then the main performance is all theater. Is it possible at certain times that both sides will agree behind the curtain on who can lie etc during the (testimony) play?

Okay Congress start by questioning the NYT and WP reporters to give up their anonymous sources that gave out classified information. If they refuse to name sources who broke the law put them in jail until they talk! Do this quickly and do this now! Put Valerie Jarret under oath and question her on the what Obama Whitehouse knew and when did they know it? Question Harry Reid and ask why he was asking James Comey about Trump surveillance? Question Loretta Lynch and ask her who initiated the FISA requests and what was in them or what was the warrant?
