President Donald Trump will release a new executive order on immigration Monday morning, sources with knowledge of these matters tell Breitbart News.
The new order comes after the first onetemporarily suspending the refugee program and barring travel into the United States from seven terror-prone countrieswas met with backlash in the court system, with a district court and the ninth circuit court of appeals shutting it down.
This new order is slightly different from the first one, sources say, and moves Iraqone of the seven countries from the first orderto a different category. Its not entirely clear what the new category is or how Iraq will be handled in this new order at this time. Its also unclear what other changes may be made from the first order, including in particular how the new one will handle the refugee program.
When Trump rolled out his first order, he was met with weekend protests in airports nationwide by progressive activists and members of the Muslim community in his first full weekend as president. Then acting Attorney General Sally Yates refused to enforce the order, and President Trump swiftly fired her for failing to serve the Department of Justice honorably by enforcing the law as she previously had agree to do when she accepted the position.
Since then, now-former Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama has been confirmed as the new Attorney General and sources tell Breitbart News that he and other cabinet members including Homeland Security Secretary John Kellya former Marine Corps general who led U.S. Southern Command before his nomination and confirmationhave been consulted on this executive order.
At a White House press briefing back on Feb. 23, Press Secretary Sean Spicer said the new order was finalized and the administration was working to implement it.

I hope it’s Judge-Proof.
The contra-Constitutional, lawless days of that Kenyan Usurper have come to an end. JUSTICE HAS COME TO TOWN.
Should have been done the day the 9th Circuit made that ruling. He can amend and issue a new order every day. Dems will continue to fight until he puts Obama & Clinton under indictment.
They will just find a new judge. There are a lot of them.
What’s to stop those who are hell bent on coming into the U.S. if they select a country that is NOT on Trump’s “Caution” list. Go someplace in So. America or wherever and just walk in.
President Trump has been most successful when he was hitting the libs with shock and awe so fast their heads were swimming. When he slowed down and went into a lull, the libs were all over him like Lilliputians on Gulliver.
President Trump has to redefine the meaning of Fast and Furious.
The contra-Constitutional, lawless days of that Kenyan Usurper have come to an end. JUSTICE HAS COME TO TOWN.

Not until DACA is ended.
Obama’s illegal program is still operating as if it were law and not something Obama dreamed up.
Pinging Rosie and Madonna so they can get back on their street corners.
DACA is NOT a LAW. It is a POLICY and can be reversed at any time. It only takes the resolve of an Executive Administration that is willing to undo this lawless policy not overseen by our legislative branch.
Just because that effing Kenyan made it a policy doesn’t carve it in frigging stone. Ooga booga....Obama made a ‘policy.’ Big whup...
I hope it will be followed shortly by an executive order changing when an illegal is “entitled” to a hearing in the immigration courts. If we can legally deport all illegals found within 100 miles of the border with less than 14 days in our country without a hearing, then I assume it’s also up to the President’s discretion if he wants to deport those here less than two years and found anywhere without a birth certificate or a green card. [And once they are gone deport those with less than 5 years committing their crime of illegal residence in our country . . . and then ten years . . .]
Yes, there is a place for the immigration courts, but it should mainly be for those who turn themselves in voluntarily, and only if they pass a lie detector test on everything they are claiming. Even then, they should be permitted to stay only if they have been law-abiding (including identity theft), and if they meet many other conditions. Also, immigration courts should be for illegals who need to be imprisoned before being deported. Immigration should be based on America’s interests first.
It’s an illegal policy and should have been stopped on Day One as promised.
If it remains operating much longer, it becomes Trump’s illegal policy.
After 16 years of Clinton and Obama appointees, without much reversal by Bush, NOTHING is Judge-Proof. The judiciary, which views itself as the highest branch of government, is quite thoroughly corrupted, and rife with forum shopping. The Supremes can't hear everything, and even they are 4-4, on a good day.
It is impossible for an ILLEGAL alien to be law-abiding to remain here ILLEGALLY.
At the very least they must be working illegally, collecting benefits illegally or using fraudulent documents.
There are NO “law-abiding” illegal aliens.
Should be fun! He’s leading the press around by their pig-snouts.
“There are NO law-abiding illegal aliens.”
says all about the whole issue in one brief sentence. thanks
Politics is the art of the possible. Trump would encounter far more resistance in an effort to deport 12 million illegals (or more likely 20 million illegals) than in an effort to deport 2-3 million "criminal illegals" (redundant, but the left pretends it's not). I'm okay with a marketing approach to deportation. Focus on new arrivals and illegal felons first (yes, deport all illegals we catch, but make the drug/violent felons and newly crossing illegals the emphasis). Then focus on those guilty of felony identity theft and those on welfare . . .
Whore Hay Ramos will be apopolectic from his 6 million dollar gated house in FL.
By day, Jorge Ramos is Univisions hard-charging illegal immigration advocate who detests the idea of President Donald Trumps border wall while he poses as a news reporter. By night, Ramos retires to his exclusive Island home in Miami where he is surrounded by multiple bodies of water, wrought-iron fences and a 20-foot wall of concrete and shrubbery that guard his $6 million mansion.
The massive hedge wall in front of the Ramos estate almost eclipses the entire frontage of the structure.
The man who champions the impoverished immigrant and open borders lives in wealth-ridden seclusion, just steps from an exclusive Miami yacht club which he can boat to from his back yard dock which abuts his swimming pool. And just to rub it in to Mexicans who sit on top of moving trains cars to trek to the United States, Ramos mansion is on a cul-de-sac on the exclusive island.
As we suspected, Ramos is another celebrity who lives by the credo: Do as I say, not as I do.
By the way, Ramos is worth somewhere between $25 million and $275 million USD, depending on which ex wife you ask.
Thats a lot of pesos.
Nobody is asking for, or expects a perfect screen. The goal it is slow down the flood of “refugees” mixed with terrorist like those invading Europe.
For each EO we get a judge to take down. This is gonna take a lifetime to get ‘em all.
