Yes, this is sloppy work. They may end up being right, but it is for the wrong reasons. Two different hackers. Hopefully Trump didn't tweet this as they mentioned in the article.

You want sloppy? One sentence says Guccifer 2.0 was sentenced to 52 months in prison (which is correct). The
very next sentence says he was sentenced to
52 YEARS In prison. Then the 52 years is repeated a couple sentences later.
Articles that purport to unravel complexity and reveal the truth lose ALL credibility, IMO, when they make such mistakes. The bane of Internet "reporting" is poorly trained writers and no editors asking tough questions.
