No. Also, I don’t think Hillary did use her private email exclusively. Didn’t she use a state email for some of her stuff or am I mistaken?
Not sure about that, but I do know she had her maid print copies of classified info.
The scandal was uncovered when Judicial Watch's Freedom of Information request for her State Department emails was met with silence by the State Department because they had zero emails from her to turn over.
Even the Washington Post and the New York Times concede she used only her private email system, not the State Department's:
