They are going after Pence too. That actually surprises me a bit. I thought they would want to try to impeach Trump and keep Pence in place.
It's a long article, and I haven't read the whole thing yet, so maybe I'll comment further on the article once I read the whole thing.

This is why you don't use personal email for official business. Oh well. If the media clowns try to compare this to a personal email server, then they're really asking to be punched in the face.

More righteous indignation by team Obama.
If they had any clue what they were doing, they would not do that. These guys are as dumb as Haman, who unwittingly constructed his own gallows.
Purim x 1000.
50 states, 50 cubits. Blueprint:
Esther 6.13. And Haman told Zeresh his wife and all his friends every thing that had befallen him; Then said his wise men and Zeresh his wife to him, If Mordecai, before whom you have begun to fall, is of the seed of the Jews, you shall not prevail against him, but shall surely fall before him:
Mordecai, the guy who 'disrespected' that arrogant, insignificant Haman.
Too bad Twitter wasn't around back then.

I am not surprised. They need to remove the VP before they can move on to Pres. Trump. That is how the silent coup works.

Inviting someone to meet for coffee, or asking the cleaning service for fresh towels could be considered official State business.
Whoopi, big deal.

Money quote...
As Governor, Mr. Pence fully complied with Indiana law regarding email use and retention. Government emails involving his state and personal accounts are being archived by the state consistent with Indiana law, and are being managed according to Indianas Access to Public Records Act.
Now, let's discuss Mrs. Clinton since the claws are out.

The left has to remove Pence first and get Ryan in place. Then remove Trump and have Ryan as their man in the White House.
Just like they did to Agnew so they could have Ford.
To: Pinkbell
This might be improper. Sounds like it was legal. It is a non-starter politically. Folks around the country don’t care about Indiana state secrets. I sure don’t.
To: Pinkbell
Using a personal email account for professional communications is a minor infraction in many states, unless those emails are retained for public records. I don’t care any more than I would care if Pence occasionally drove 3 mph over the speed limit.
There is no parallel between this claim and the serious felony of sending Top Secret SCI materials through a private, unclassified email system. That is the analogy the Ctrl-Left is going for, and it fails miserably.

Question --- DID PENCE VIOLATE ANY STATE LAW? *THAT* is the bottom line.
Indiana law does not prohibit public officials from using personal email accounts, although the law is generally interpreted to mean that official business conducted on private email must be retained for public record purposes.
So, based on the above law, since the records were properly archived and turned over, and this is not federal or particularly sensitive material being mishandled, this is a nothingburger.
